Aluminum Clad Steel Wire

Aluminum clad steel wire is composed of a high-strength steel core evenly,successively coated with a layer of aluminium, produced by technical way of continuous extrusion to make aluminum evenly, closely coated on surface of steel wire, and adopt the double-metal drawing process,under the condition of synchronous stretching,the structure ratio,conductivity, density and other basic parameters of aluminum clad steel wire are fixed.

we can cover steel core with different thickness of the aluminum layer according to different needs,and adjust the strength and conductivity of the product in a wide range. Aluminum clad steel wire has the advantage of high-strength, anti-corrossion, high-conductivity, etc, it is widely used in overhead power line in the coastal areas,volcanic areas,salt fog atmosphere areas,air pollution areas contains SO2NOCO2,etc,and used as transmission conductor for long-stride of thousand-meters scale and carrier cable of electrified railways,etc. Inaddition to produce aluminum clad steel wire with conductivity of LB14LB20LB23LB27LB30LB35 and LB40 according to the electric power industry standard in china (GB/T 17937-2009),our company can also produce aluminum clad steel wire according to other standards such  as IEC,ASTM,etc,The performance parameters of aluminum clad steel wire see the following table.
